Total Systems new generation of products offer a componentised and fully SOA compliant suite of products under the brand 'bluescape' based on the .Net framework. The first component of this new suite of products was released in September 2009 and provides a fully 'standalone' policy rating solution to the insurance sector called bluescape:rating. This was followed in late 2010 by bluescape:quote, an innovative approach to selling packaged insurance products. The third component in the set is bluescape:policy due out during the summer in 2011. This will be followed by a claims module, providing a full range of industry leading functionality in a standalone environment. When combined the components provide a best in breed full policy administration system easily implemented in all sizes of organisation.

bluescape represents a significant step forward in the functionality made available to the Insurance market particularly in terms of its agility and integration ability. We also provide customers with a SaaS model that will enable Return on Investment to be achieved through a transactional model, therefore significantly reducing upfront costs.

Ultima is a complete policy lifecycle solution for customer-oriented management. The solution delivers full cycle policy administration capability including quotations, underwriting, accounting, broker maintenance and management information and optionally claims.
