Management Team

The Board of Directors consists of the following directors.

Terence Bourne Managing Director and Chairman

Co-founder of the Total Systems, Terry has spent virtually his entire career in the computer industry. Following appointments with ICL and Ford Motor Company he was employed as a Computer Consultant with Rank Organisation, Scicon and subsequently with CAP before founding his own company.

Granville Harris Finance Director

After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Binder Hamlyn, Granville held a number of finance positions within a US healthcare multinational. He then moved to a UK computer group involved in distribution, service and manufacturing where he initially held the position of Group Chief Accountant before being appointed to Finance Director of a subsidiary. He joined Total in 1993 as Financial Controller, was appointed Company Secretary in 1994 and Finance Director in 1998.

Arthur Weber Technical Director

Arthur originally joined Total Systems in 1977 as a programmer, progressing to Analyst, Systems Designer and Project Manager. He joined Synon, a CASE tools supplier, in 1988 to manage and reorganise the CASE R&D division, followed by the applications R&D and contract divisions. Following this he helped to set up Thenon Europe, a leading change management systems supplier between 1991 and 1993. Upon his return to Total Systems in 1993, he managed various projects including the development of Ultima as a Senior Project Manager. He was appointed Technical Director in 2003.

Clive Dutton Operations Director

Having obtained a Degree in Metallurgy, Clive has spent his entire working life in the computer industry. His first 2 years were spent working for Triad Computing Systems, before joining Total Systems as a Systems Designer in 1979. Promoted to Consultant followed by Project Manager and then Senior Project Manager, he was appointed Operations Director in 2003.

Peter Delaney Non Executive Director

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation he joined a large south-east motor distributor as Chief Accountant for a short period before returning to his present firm as a partner. Now a senior partner at Deeks Evans with considerable experience from dealing with small/medium size businesses and wealthy individuals he was appointed as Non-executive Director in 2008
